While Reese was the center of attention Friday night, she wasn't the only player who suited up for Mulkey's Tigers on the Sky roster. Hailey Van Lith, who played the 2023-24 season at LSU, was recently drafted by the Sky. Van Lith put together a successful season at TCU before making the leap to the WNBA.

After a successful 2024-25 senior season with the TCU Horned Frogs, averaging 17.9 points and 5.4 assists, Van Lith saw her draft stock rise and was selected by the Sky with the No. 11 pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft. And Van Lith made her WNBA preseason debut with the Sky on Friday night as well.
