A Louisiana woman has been arrested after she was allegedly caught using the reporter's credit cards in the New Orleans area.

Adan Manzano died on Wednesday in New Orleans while on assignment to cover the Super Bowl for both Telemundo Kansas City and Tico Sports. Justin, 30, who lives in a sprawling L.A. estate, has faced a barrage of speculation over his health and marriage to wife Hailey Bieber in recent weeks.
