Downdetector reports problems started popping about 12 p.m. for some AT&T users.

According to AT&T spokesperson Caden Harris, the company’s network was damaged by a third party contractor.

Stanislaus County residents and agencies, including Turlock City Hall, Turlock Police Department, and the Stanislaus County Jury Commissioner’s office were impacted by an AT&T outage Tuesday morning.
