I've been looking at buying a DVD/CD player recently, and today went by Best Buy to see what they had. Perusing their stock line, I came apon this DVD/VCR combo made by Samsung, called the DVD-V1000.

So the 9 year old Hitachi F382 is dying and I'm not sure what to do about it. I've got a decent collection of Disney and other childrens movies on VHS and I can't afford to replace them all with DVD's ...
