Boston Bruins forward Pavel Zacha knows the team has to start winning games. The Bruins entered the Holiday break on a four-game losing streak, and after the break, Boston suffered a 4-1 loss to the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday.
The Bruins have lost four of their last five games. That has not happened since October when they dropped six straight. They outplayed the Vancouver Canucks in Saturday’s 5-4 shootout setback. But their three other losses were all legitimate: 6-2 to the Minnesota Wild, 3-1 to the Edmonton Oilers, 6-2 to the Senators.
CALGARY –– The Boston Bruins earned a point, but could not find the second in Monday’s 2-1 overtime loss against the Calgary Flames at Scotiabank Saddledome.
