Disney has greenlit a fourth installment of "The Cheetah Girls" franchise, with original cast members set to return, including Raven-Symoné.

Disney Channel and Raven-Symoné confirmed that a “Cheetah Girls 4” is on the way. “The Cheetah Girls: Next Gen” will introduce a new girl group while bringing back some familiar faces.

Sabrina Bryan, Lynn Whitfield and Lori Alter also will reprise their roles from the original franchise, while Sophia Bush joins the new film.

Based on a popular book series, the first film was a major success — with a soundtrack that once climbed the charts.
