Two passengers have filed federal lawsuits following the crash landing of Flight 4919, which flew from Minneapolis to Toronto.

The lawsuit claims the crash, which involved Flight 4819 skidding down the runway upside down after toppling over, was caused by the flight crew’s “gross negligence and recklessness.”
