After wandering the quarterback desert for nearly a decade, the Denver Broncos have finally found their guy in Bo Nix.

The rookie quarterback led the Broncos to a 10-7 regular-season record and their first postseason appearance since 2015. Even after Denver’s 31-7 wild-card loss in Buffalo, Broncos owner/CEO Greg Penner was unequivocal in his assessment of Nix at the team’s end-of-season news conference on Wednesday.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix has been officially nominated for NFL.com’s 2024 Rookie of the Year award, voted on by fans.

Bo Nix, one of Denver's most trumpeted rookie QBs since the Elway days, has written the first chapter of what he hopes is a similar book, right down to losing his first playoff game by the same score ( 31-7 to Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills ).

When Bo Nix was selected with the No. 12 pick, no one knew what to expect. We all wanted to “Bolieve.” There was cautious optimism that the rookie quarterback from Oregon would become “the guy” for the Denver Broncos.
