Most everyone is familiar with the often destructive, rapidly rotating, V-shaped column of air known as a tornado.

On Saturday at 3:49 a.m. a tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid between 3 a.m. and 10 a.m. in effect until 10 a.m. for Choctaw, Clarke, Washington and Wilcox counties.
