Michigan’s football program will have a new general manager in 2026. The university has parted ways with Sean Magee, the Wolverines’ general manager since 2014, a source confirmed to MLive on Tuesday.

The former Michigan staffer was unsuccessful in his appeal to have his eight-year show-cause penalty stemming from his actions during the multi-year Michigan football cheating scandal where Stalions, under the direction of Jim Harbaugh stole signs from opponents, a practice that lasted from 2021-23.
