An Upstate New York teen is dead after a crash with a dump truck, according to New York State Police. A 17-year-old male from Whitney Point, N.Y., was killed Tuesday afternoon when the pickup truck he was driving collided with a Town of Colesville dump truck. Earlier reports inaccurately described the latter as a plow truck, police said.
