Chilly temperatures pushed President-elect Donald Trump's second inauguration indoors, a rare but not unprecedented move.

The National Weather Service is projecting sunny weather at the National Mall on Monday with a high around 23 degrees.

Harrison, Jefferson, Muskingum, Guernsey, Belmont, Noble, and Monroe counties in Ohio and Wetzel Marshall, and Ohio counties in West Virginia are under a Hazardous Weather Outlook from Friday-Sunday.
