Walmart's corporate team provided the following statement on the incident: "We’re saddened by what’s happened at our Knoxville, Tennessee, facility, and our heart breaks for the family involved.

The recalled products were sold in 242 stores in nine states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, Walmart said Monday morning.
