The Tigers end the six-game homestand with a 4-2 record, extending their home record to 17-5. They currently have the best record in Major League Baseball. Now, the Tigers head to Canada for their lone road series against the Blue Jays, a team that has been inconsistent this year, but has been playing some good baseball as of late.

Riley Greene homered and drove in three runs, Javier Báez and Zach McKinstry also connected and the Detroit Tigers became the first team this season to reach 30 wins, beating the Toronto Blue Jays 5-4.
