Things might finally be turning in NASCAR’s favor in the antitrust lawsuit filed by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports (FRM). Early on, the court sided with the teams, granting them temporary charter status and forcing NASCAR to approve their purchase of a third charter from the now-defunct Stewart-Haas Racing.

Also, the Court directs the Parties to address in their supplemental filing whether, in light of NASCAR’s allegations and requested relief involving the 2025 Charters, the other chartered race teams not currently involved in this action are required parties.
