Protesters in Israel escalated their ongoing campaign on Sunday to secure the release of hostages held in Gaza.

Israeli forces eliminated a Gaza terrorist involved in the Oct. 7 Kibbutz Nir Oz invasion and Yarden Bibas kidnapping during an Aug. 10 airstrike, the IDF and Shin Bet announced.

The Israeli military said Wednesday that it would call up 60,000 reservists and lengthen the service of an additional 20,000 reservists currently serving.
