Accused healthcare CEO killer Luigi Mangione stated he is 'overwhelmed by – and grateful for' fans who have sent letters and shared stories.

Mangione, 26, has attracted many supporters after he was accused of fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York.

“Luigi is allowed to receive photos via Shutterfly and FreePrints in accordance with mail procedures while in custody,” a statement in the FAQ section of the website reads. The statement notes that every photo is screened by law enforcement before being shared with Mangione. Mangione requests that people send only five photos at a time.

A note on the FAQ page of Mangione's legal defense fund also asks his supporters to "temporarily refrain" from sending books.
