Four UScellular stores in southeastern Wisconsin will be giving away nearly 4,000 tickets to the annual event to thank the community, according to a July 11 press release. The Chicago, Illinois-based mobile provider has partnered with the event for more than two decades, the release said.

UScellular would struggle to "compete vigorously in the relevant market" if an injunction prevented T-Mobile from acquiring UScellular's wireless operations, Assistant Attorney General Gail Slater of the U.
