Levi Clark has packed a lot of memories into his short time at Tennessee, but Saturday afternoon could be hard to top.

No. 2 Tennessee (7-0) won its second series sweep during the 2025 baseball season on Sunday. The Vols defeated Samford (3-4), 11-1 in seven innings, at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. Rankings reflect the USA TODAY Sports baseball coaches poll.

Bases were loaded for Tennessee when Tony Vitello called on Clark to pinch-hit for the Vols. With a 3-1 count, Clark hit a grand slam in his only at-bat to give Tennessee a four-run lead entering the ninth inning.
