The Sooners blew out Texas A&M at Lloyd Noble Center, securing the season sweep of the Aggies after defeating them Jan. 1 on the road.

South Carolina women's basketball coach Dawn Staley and the Gamecocks beat Texas A&M on Feb. 2 after 14 fourth quarter points from Joyce Edwards.

USC pulled out the win despite a shooting slump in the second half. The Gamecocks shot 56.5% in the first half and built up a 16-point lead in the third quarter before a run from Texas A&M cut the USC lead to 55-47 heading into the fourth quarter.

Mikayla Blakes scored 25 points and Justine Pissott scored 22 while Aubrey Galvan added 12 points with seven assists. Texas A&M (8-5, 1-3 SEC) was led in scoring by Ny'ceara Pryor with 11.

South Carolina will look to extend their winning streak to three games as they take on the Texas A&M Aggies on Monday night.

Due to a bye and a game that was postponed by inclement weather, Texas hasn't played since Jan. 18. The Longhorns return to the count on Thursday.
