Two people were hospitalized after being shot near Douglas Park in the Little Village neighborhood on Thursday.

Those living near Douglas Park react to shooting involving 4-year-old. Neighbors said this is a very sad thing for their community to go through but that they aren't entirely shocked it happened.

Police say the 14-year-old and another man were in the park when a man approached and fired shots at both the victims.
