As we get closer to the NFL Draft, the Dallas Cowboys ' selections, for the most part, are reasonably set in stone for the first two rounds. The consensus is receiver and running back could be Dallas' first two picks, considering the glaring needs at both positions.

As the 2025 NFL draft nears, there is an increasing feeling based on the interview process that the Dallas Cowboys are focusing on finding a wide receiver with the No. 12 pick to complement their WR1, CeeDee Lamb. Dallas is also in the market for a running back and a cornerback, and, like everyone, can use more edge rushers.

The Cowboys should make their pick at No. 12 if things play out the way they would like and the best player available is their move.
