The National Weather Service is warning of a risk of severe thunderstorms and high winds this afternoon across southeast Florida. Although the risk is marginal, the possibility of severe weather this afternoon and into early evening stretches from Miami northward across the Lake Okeechobee region.

A line of severe thunderstorms have begun to move through Northeast Ohio, prompting the National Weather Service to issue a severe thunderstorm warning covering Northeast Ohio.
