A man accused of nearly kidnapping an Aurora elementary school boy during recess will have his case dismissed, according to the district attorney’s office.

Dante White thought he’d be dealing with an “open and shut case” after a man was arrested last year for attempting to kidnap children at his son’s Aurora elementary school.
