United States District Judge Brian Murphy stated Wednesday that any deportation flights to Libya —or even "stopover" flights through Saudi Arabia—would "clearly violate this court's order," if the reports provided by migrants' lawyers are accurate.

The deportations, expected to be operated by the U.S. military, could start as early as this week, two U.S. officials told CBS News.
