Measles has sickened nearly 150 mostly unvaccinated people in rural West Texas, and a school-age child has died.

More measles cases have cropped up in New York City and New Jersey as an outbreak, that's already left one child dead spreads, through Texas.

It comes as state health officials said the measles case count has increased to at least 158 in the West Texas outbreak. One child died.
