What is ageism & how does it affect older adults' health?

For ALL women to be empowered, ALL ages must be too. Yet age remains one of the most overlooked forms of bias. Gendered ageism is where ageism and sexism overlap. Ageism shows up at every stage of life, from being labelled “too young” or “not experienced enough,” to being seen as “past their prime.” If
