Tabuley Rochereau , a legend of rhumba music was born in 1940 . He was a the band leader of Africa international based in Congo . He mentored some congelese musician like Mbilia bel , fayatess , Bopol . He is remembered because of his good music in the rhumba world unfortunately he died in 2013 .
