Wilder, a young male koala aged 1–2 years, was recently rescued from McKees Hill following another dog attack. He sustained wounds that required stitches and has abdominal inflammation that will be closely monitored to prevent infection. Wilder is receiving pain relief and antibiotics and is under expert care in our Northern Rivers Koala Hospital.
