Poudine Mais - Mauritian Corn Pudding Another very simple and classic Mauritian dessert usually eaten with a cup of tea in the afternoon! Best served cold! For me this is pure nostalgia! 300g cornmeal, polenta 150g sugar 400ml Milk 600ml water 50g raisins Cardamon x2 pods Vanilla powder 1/4tsp It takes around 8-10mins to cook over the stove on a low flame, make sure the corn is cooked and not gritty before you remove and place into a dish. Cool overnight and serve cold! #EEEEEATS #truecooks #you
