One long, q-tip esque swipe and the sent off to lab. • Prenatal probiotics - could help you NOT be positive. Jury is still out on that one, but I find that convo super interesting. • You can ask for a retest closer to baby if you do test positive - GBS status can and does change (it’s actually a naturally occurring thing in the female
