A recent Zillow report has named Rockford as the best market to buy a home. With that in mind, houses this year have been selling almost immediately, often in less than two weeks according to area realtors. The Ruef family was among those looking to buy a home in a hectic market. Thanks to some timely help, they were able to get their dream home right before Christmas.
