Didelphys bicollis uterus: Patient has history of mid trimester pregnancy loss. On pelvic examination she has two cervix and longitudinal septa in upper half of vagina. On 3 D transvaginal scanning there is two separate horn of uterus and fundal indentation. On transabdominal sonogram there are two well apart horns of uterus.
