Bone broth is so easy to make! Bones, veggies, water and you’re set! If there’s one tool that I would recommend for canning and preserving season, it would definitely be a Nesco or another roaster similar. I use it so often. From making big batches of tomato sauce and applesauce to letting broth sit and cook for 48 hours.
