The observation wheel is really taking shape in Chesterfield Market Place. It is being constructed ready to take its first customers on Saturday (10 February). The wheel has been brought to the town by Chesterfield Borough Council in partnership with operator Mellors Group Events, providing a great family attraction at no cost to the council or tax payers.
