A Night at The Museum? Yes!!! This was a clip from a Friday evening class of Fluid Floorplay in Pietrasanta, Italy where I taught a workshop this past weekend. This hip and spine flow was a part of a series of beautiful circles, spirals, and slow rolling, sliding movements all done on this incredibly smooth floor. We ended with supported stretches and inversions. What a wonderful night at the museum! Our 3-day workshop was held at The Museum of Sculpture and Architecture in Pietrasanta, Italy. P
