MDF joined the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife and U.S. Forest Service for a large multi-year conservation effort in Eastern Oregon. The South Cliff Knox Project began this past summer by thinning long-time conifer and juniper encroachments on aspen and mountain mahogany stands that supply deer with browse and cover.
