This rare footage of a mating pair of Baird’s tapirs—Central America’s largest land mammal and an endangered species—was captured deep in the Cloudbridge Nature Reserve. Moments like this are only possible thanks to the presence of functioning camera traps. But the current project is in urgent need of rebuilding. We’re partnering with The Wild Cat Imaging Project to relaunch and expand the camera trap program at Cloudbridge, creating a robust system to monitor elusive species like jaguars, pumas
