“BICORNUATE UTERUS” Pelvic ultrasound demonstrates two separate uterine bodies, each with its own endometrial cavity, lying side-by-side and separated by a distinct myometrial cleft. Both uterine horns show normal myometrial echotexture and well-defined endometrial linings. A single cervix is visualized inferiorly, continuous with both uterine canals.
